Styling Gel

Embrace those natural locks with Chey Haircare’s natural styling gel! Achieve defined and enhanced shape from roots to end. The styling gel is infused with plants such as aloe vera to keep your hair bouncy, to prevent frizz and so it doesn’t weigh it down. Sweet almond has been added to seal in moisture and provide shine.

The natural styling gel has been formulated for all wavy, curly and coily hairtypes and is Curly Girl Approved.

How to use
Start with clean wet or dry hair. Squeeze the gel into your hands, rub your palms together and apply the gel throughout the hair. Scrunch the gel in your hair to get the preferred shape. Choose to air dry your hair or use a diffuser. For optimal result use Chey's multi-purpose oil after the gel is fully dry.

Packaging
The bottle is made from sugarcane cellulose, a biodegradable plant-based material (not to be confused with bio-plastic) and the lid is made from aluminium and plastic

Now you may be thinking: plastic? Though we are committed to selling plastic-free products, for some products we make a small exception. For your next order keep the disc-top cap from your first bottle and select the refill option with an aluminium cap.

There is a plastic liner inside the lid to protect the aluminium lid from the perfume in the styling gel. Perfume can cause aluminium to oxidise (meaning it develops a black coating) which can spoil the product. At present there is no suitable alternative. We recommend reusing the bottles as much as you can and if you do throw them away, recycle the plastic liner separately.
