Shaving Soap - In a Tin Can

  • This shaving soap from HelemaalShea is suitable for both male and female! This natural soap with bentonite clay and lemon balm hydrosol puts an end to irritated skin after shaving. The blend of cedarwood, pine, eucalyptus, lavender and rosemary essential oils gives the soap its wonderful scent.

Bentonite clay allows the razor to smoothly slide over the skin and ensures a clean and smooth result. The lemon balm hydrosol softens and helps wounds heal faster.

    How to use
Take a shaving brush, wet it and run over the soap in circular motions. This way the Helemaal Shea soap will lather nicely and you can apply the soap to your skin after which you’re ready to shave.

    Beat the Microbead - Microplastics
HelemaalShea's shaving soap has the'Look for the Zero - Zero Plastic Inside''Look for the Zero - Zero Plastic Inside' logo from Beat the Microbead.

    Packaging
There is a plastic liner inside the recyclable aluminium lid which makes the tin leak proof and air tight. This also helps to preserve the product longer. We recommend reusing the tins as much as you can and if you do throw them away, recycle the plastic liner separately.

About the brand

HelemaalShea

HelemaalShea is a small soap factory located in De Rijp, North Holland. It's a small business that makes natural soap, shampoo bars and zero-waste skin care products by hand. All of HelemaalShea's products are vegan and made with natural ingredients. The ingredients used and the final product have not been tested on animals.

The natural soaps are handmade according to the cold process method. This method involves the mixing of vegetable oils and butters with lye, which causes a chemical reaction called saponification. Nothing remains of the lye after the saponification process and the drying period of the soap. The saponification process produces natural glycerine, which is found in every piece of cold process soap. The end result: a beautiful piece of soap!
