Wash your hands with soap and water before inserting and removing a menstrual cup.
Fold the Ruby Cup with a fold that suits you best and insert into your vagina.
Once inside, the cup will unfold to create a suction that keeps it well positioned and prevents leaks.
Use the cup for up to 8 hours. How long you can wear the cup differs per person and depends on your period.
To remove the cup: sit, squat or stand with one leg raised and locate the base of the cup.
Press the walls of the cup inwards to release the suction and gently pull the cup out with a firm grip and empty it.
Rinse and reinsert.
