True Gum's chewing gum is just like regular gum, but better. Most chewing gums are made of the same plastic materials that go into plastic bottles, glue and rubber tyres. True Gum is made with chicle (a sustainable and natural ingredient coming from the sap of the Sapodilla tree), all-natural flavours and plant-based sweeteners. Each piece of gum is carefully crafted in True Gum's own little chewing gum factory running on green energy right outside of Copenhagen.
The raw ingredients are mixed, kneaded and stretched meticulously in order to arrive at the perfect combination of texture and taste. After more than seven days of mixing, cutting, coating, resting and testing, the gum pieces are finally ready to be packaged into sustainable cardboard boxes.
Chicle
The chicle used by True Gum is harvested by local ‘chicleros’ in Central America with a sustainable technique that's been practiced for centuries in native jungle societies and does not require cutting down trees. Using chicle supports the livelihood of the local communities.
Natural sweeteners
True Gum uses the low-calorie plant-based sweeteners stevia and xylitol. Stevia is a sugar substitute derived from plant leaves, and xylitol comes from birch trees. Xylitol has been shown to prevent tooth decay and is therefore good for your teeth.

True Gum only uses natural flavours coming from plants.

Pick between the classic True Gum Mint infused with a generous dash of raw matcha powder, the delightful True Gum Raspberry and Vanilla, the lively True Gum Ginger and Turmeric, the soothing True Gum Liquorice and Eucalyptus, the sweet and sour True Gum Lemon, or fight bad breath with the ultimate ice cold, fresh tasting True Gum Strong Mint!
