Vegan Dental Floss

This natural dental floss from Georganics is made from compostable corn-based PLA, coated with vegetable wax and organic oil. Flossing daily will help remove food debris and prevent bacteria in areas that are difficult to reach with brushing. The plastic-free floss is ideal for people with bleeding gums.

The floss is available in three different flavours: spearmint, charcoal and orange.

Spearmint
The spearmint floss is coated with vegetable wax and organic spearmint oil. This oil is a strong antiseptic, so the floss helps kill germs and promotes healing of your gums.

Charcoal
The charcoal floss is coated with vegetable wax and organic peppermint oil. Studies have shown that peppermint oil is extremely effective in killing anaerobic bacteria (bacteria that thrive in low-oxygen environments such as the mouth and can cause gum disease).

Orange - also suitable for kids
The orange flavour is ideal for children and those who are pregnant. The floss is coated with vegetable wax and organic sweet orange oil. This flavour is safe to use by young children and during pregnancy due to its soothing properties.

Packaging
The vegan dental floss comes in a reusable glass dispenser. With the metal dosing lid you can easily cut the floss.

If you already have a dispenser, choose the 2 x 50 metre refill pack which allows you to refill the dispenser again and again. 

Or choose a package with 50 metres of floss, including a glass dispenser and 2 x 50 metres of refill. This way, you won't have to think about whether you have enough floss in at home!

How to use
Gently pull about 30 centimetres of floss out of the roll and wrap the floss around your thumb to determine strength and position. Floss slowly between each tooth, reaching close to the gum line.
