You are entitled to a statutory cooling-off period of 14 days. The reflection period starts the day after you have received the product(s). Please let us know that you would like to return the product(s) within these 14 days by sending us an e-mail. The products you would like to return must be unused, undamaged and in original condition and packaging.
From the moment the request for return has been submitted, you have another 14 days to return the product.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned or exchanged. This includes sanitary and personal care items due to health and hygiene reasons and products of which the seal has been broken after delivery.
We will refund the full amount of your purchase, within 14 days from the moment you have indicated that you wish to make use of the right of withdrawal. If the entire order is returned, this includes the initial shipping costs. To be eligible for a refund we must have received the product in good order or you must be able to prove that you have returned the product(s).
The return shipment is at your own risk. We advise you to properly pack the products so they don't break and to consider using a trackable shipping service.
Zo Zero considers the concept of 'buy as much as possible online because I can return it for free' a major problem. When products are returned, we create a negative impact on the environment twice, which will not be compensated by using sustainable products. To discourage this trend and to encourage our customers to make a conscious, rather than impulse purchase, the costs for returning products are at their own expense. If there is something wrong with the product you received, we will of course bear the shipping costs for the return.
Do you want to exchange products? Then please place an order again. We will refund the total amount of the products you return to your account. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
