Vegums is a carbon negative company founded by 2 vegan pharmacists who were looking for a plastic-free alternative to nutritional supplements and chewable tablets. They knew that a plant-based diet can lead to vitamin and mineral deficiencies. It can be difficult to get enough essential vitamins from non-animal foods. The two friends therefore set themselves a mission to fill the potential gaps in a plant-based diet, without this being at the expense of the planet.

The result was the launch of Vegums in November 2018. The vegan gummies contain no animal ingredients, contain only natural colors and flavors and are packaged in completely plastic-free and environmentally friendly packaging.
