Wooden Tampico Fiber Dish Brush

This wooden dishwashing brush from Redecker is made of untreated beech wood. The head is replaceable and the handle can be reused. That saves a lot of waste! The bristles are made of vegetable tampico fiber.

Tampico fiber is better known as Mexican fiber. The tampico fiber comes from the Agave Lechequilla plant and only grows in one desert region in the north of Mexico. The fruit that grows from this cactus species can grow up to one and a half meters. The cactus species grows completely naturally and is not cultivated.
