Shea Body Butter

The extra caring body butter from HelemaalShea is made of pure unrefined organic shea butter, jojoba oil and sweet almond oil. It has a nutty scent and because it is whipped like whipped cream a light, creamy, luxurious texture. The body butter is suitable for dry to very dry skin.

The Helemaal Shea Body Butter is a wonderful body lotion, but can also be used as a hair mask. Shea butter can improve hair structure, works moisturizing and stimulates hair growth and is certainly also effective for a dry scalp.

Raw shea butter is a natural fat extracted from the nuts of the shea tree, also called Karité tree, a typical African Savannah tree. Shea Butter contains fatty acids such as oleic acid, stearic acid, linoleic acid, linolenic acid, behenic acid, cinnamic acid and palmitic acid. The unique fatty acid profile of this Shea Butter combined with the high content of unsaponifiable fats gives this Shea Butter a very softening effect, especially for very dry skin. It is also known for its positive contribution to the elasticity of the skin. It is rich in vitamin F, known for its restorative effect on the skin.

Jojoba oil is not actually an oil but a wax. Jojoba oil has a unique composition that resembles the body's own sebum. It keeps the skin supple.

Sweet almond oil is rich in vitamins A and E, a perfect moisturizer.

Vitamin E oil has an anti-oxidative effect. It contributes to the protection of healthy cells and tissues against external influences such as air pollution and UV radiation.

Instructions for use
The butter melts at a temperature of 31 °C, making it very easy to spread on the skin and it is quickly absorbed.

Body
Take some body butter from the tin (possibly with the help of a spatula) and let it melt between your fingers before applying it to the skin. Applying the body butter is easier if your hands are warm.

Her
Apply a little of the butter to dry hair. Start at the roots and work your way to the ends. Massage well, comb through and leave on for ten minutes to overnight. Then wash out. Use as often as needed depending on hair type. Can also be used as a conditioner, use a small amount after washing, leave on for a while and rinse out.

For extra dry and frizzy hair, apply a small amount (really just a tiny bit) to clean hair before styling.
